Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Signal Hill Self Storage. Their customer service was abysmal, to say the least. From the moment I reached out for assistance, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
The representative I spoke to was not only rude but also shockingly unhelpful. It’s as if they were trained in the art of avoiding any actual problem-solving. When I asked for clarification on a billing issue, they brushed me off with vague responses and a dismissive tone.
But it didn’t end there. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, they flat-out refused, claiming they were the highest authority. Seriously? I’ve never encountered such arrogance and incompetence in my life.
Save yourself the headache and frustration. Avoid like the plague. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually appreciate their customers and provide decent service.

I definitely do not recommend this place. The staff is friendly but there is a reason why it’s the most affordable place around. The place has very questionable tenants, is filled w roaches and rodents, and it is highly likely that your possessions will suffer water damage when it rains. For me, it’s well worth the money to pay a few more dollars for a cleaner more reputable facility. Rent at your own risk. Good luck

As a tenant of Signal Hill Self Storage, I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience. Their storage facilities are clean, well managed and the staff there are always ready to help. Definitely recommend considering their prices too!
