This place is definitely affordable, helpful, and I have never had any problem with resolving any issue that may arise. Signal Hill Self Storage is hands down the most affordable storage unit facility that you'll find anywhere. I am pleased with their service!

The new management has restored my faith in this facility. There was flooding because of the roof issues and a rat problem. I had a lot of items ruined, but things can be replaced so it's not a huge loss. However, the new manager told me that if I came on the day and time I said I would he would have someone come and help clean my unit. Denise was the wonderful lady that helped me. I ended up moving to a new unit, but her and the other girl in the office were so sweet and helpful with cleaning up the rat mess and making sure I had everything I needed to get rid of the damaged items and move to my new unit. Really great people working there and running this place now. They are fixing the roof, and the rats seem to have been eradicated. I also don't see people living in their units anymore which is great. Thank you ladies!
