They delivered our mattress today and the two delivery men were both very professional and extremely courteous. They carried the new mattress in and up the stairs, removed the old mattress from the bed, installed the new mattress on the bed, and hauled the old mattress away for us. I received a phone call 2 days ago telling me the delivery would be today, a phone call yesterday telling me what time approximately the delivery would arrive today, and a phone call from the delivery driver a half hour ahead of time informing me of the precise time that he would be here. Outstanding service, I highly recommend signature designer services.

Great guys, friendly staff

Disorganized. Poor communication. Extremely high prices compared to other similar companies like—Crown Warehouse. Also they treat customers poorly.
