I cannot give a higher rating for Silver Lining Transitions. Losing a parent is incredibly difficult, and the thought of selling their estate can be overwhelming. However, Dawn provided a sense of relief and invaluable support throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step, making everything feel manageable.

I wish I could give Silver Linings a million stars. They're that amazing. They provide a very thorough, attention to detail driven and compassionate service for those moving their loved ones. It's a very stressful and emotional time moving mom into memory care, and having the Silver Linings team on board, it felt that we were in very good hands. In just under 4 hours, everything was moved over into mom's new unit in another building and it looked better than it had looked before. The care that Silver Linings team took to make mom's new living situation look very similar and comfortable was impressive. It brought tears to my eyes. I highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough for their service.

My 96-year old mom and her 91-year old husband recently moved from a single family home in Santa Barbara to Santianna, a high end senior community in Carlsbad. Dawn and her team did an exceptional job arranging furniture, hanging paintings, and unpacking boxes on their arrival. My mom looked around her memory care apartment with tears in her eyes, saying, “It looks like home!” Her husband, in independent living, was overwhelmed by the move and rather lost in the new community. Dawn’s team oriented him to the local tennis scene as well as important details like the nearest Trader Joe’s!

We needed a local mover to relocate my mom’s husband to another apartment two weeks after the initial move. They were great.

I couldn’t be happier. The actual move-in was the easiest part of a very emotionally challenging transition.
