Simi Valley Movers

Non responsive. They did not answer their phone, so I filled out an online form. An automated quote came back. I replied with 2 basic questions, and it took them more than 2 days to respond, and that response was for me to call them at the number they didn'tpick up the first time, without answering my question in writing. Very shady, and poor customer service.

If speed is important to you, look elsewhere.

The team at Simi Valley Movers worked so good together to make sure my needs were met for my move. Unfortunately my apartment was a long walk to the parking lot where the truck was but, the movers were great and didn’t complain and were on time! I would recommend them to friends and family.

Every year at the beginning of tax season, Simi Valley Movers is who we call to help us set up shop in Simi Valley. We have been using Simi Valley Movers twice a year for several years. I call them when I am ready to move my items from storage to a new store front and AGAIN when tax season is over and I need to move my shop back to storage for the year! They have been most helpful and the workers are great.

DO NOT hire this moving company! They are irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional. They damaged several of my items, broke my Cal-King bed as well as my stainless steel refrigerator, both which cost thousands of dollars in which they only gave me $249 in return. They also damaged the house in which I was moving out of, agreed to fix it, sent someone out that had no clue what they were doing. They merely patched up the stairs and then backtracked and felt that they were no longer responsible after I complained. Their claims department will not speak to their customers, they only communicate via email as it is a 'company policy'. Working for a corporate company myself with a compliance background, I'm not sure how this is even acceptable. Research and read the reviews before you hire a moving company, lesson learned.

I recently used Simi Valley Movers to help my family and I move to our new home. I was very pleased with the service I received. From beginning to end, Simi Valley provided excellent customer service. The movers were punctual and professional. I chose to pack my own belongings but they took great care of them. They handled everything with care and were professional in doing so. I have recommended Simi Valley Movers to my Aunt and her family as well. I know that they will assist her in the same professional manner that they did myself and my family.
