We originally had them move things from our apartment to our first house years ago. So when we were moving again, we reached out to Simonik.

We had Simonik move the majority of our house into storage in April with the idea that they'd move things from storage into our new house (once we'd closed on a new house). They never responded when we reached out to get quotes for the move from storage to the new place. That alone isn't worth the bad review however.

They also took a month of bothering them repeatedly to get the receipt to us.

The main reason they get such a low rating is that, when moving things into storage, they hid my wheelchair and walker (which had been at the front of the storage unit for easy access), making it impossible to find or reach either necessary medical device. They also damaged a couple of art posters that are irreplaceable when they rearranged things in the storage unit.
