Simple Moves

The guys were super quick to get me in on one day's notice. I appreciate all your help unloading a rental moving truck.

The move went well. They were on time and wrapped our furniture better than the last moving company we used. I do wish they had sent a confirmation text the night before though so that I knew that they remembered and were planning on coming.
They did slide my washing machine across the bed of their truck and it bent one of the feet slightly, but it was very minor and they were able to fix it promptly.
The other thing that I think would've been nice is if they were a little more skilled at moving pianos. I have an extremely heavy old upright grand piano and I was expecting them to show up with a piano dolly that could Make moving it way easier, but they just used two furniture dollies. It worked, they got the piano in without any damage done to it or my house, but it seemed to be a very difficult thing for them to move.

But everything got in, they were really friendly, worked really hard, the estimate was a very fair price, and they were very professional. I would probably use them again, especially if they got a piano dolly.

Simple Moves has helped me a few times. Each time they have been a pleasure to hire because they are pleasant people who show up on time and charge reasonable prices.
