Simple Moves

Simple Moves was not a simple move for my mother. Although the movers were professional and knew what they were doing and did it well, their schedule was so tight that day, they arrived at least 5 hours late.Their inability to schedule correctly was a major problem all around, mostly because it put my elderly handicapped mother sitting in an empty apartment all day waiting without her much-needed oxygen tank or furniture. I would have expected a discount for her discomfort or at least a follow up call the next day, but nothing was done. I would never recommend them going forward.

We had to move three unused desks out of our office and into a storage unit. This would have been a tremendous pain and taken forever with multiple trips had we done it ourselves. Simple Moves made it simple. Easy to book, text message alerts for driver arrival, showed up on time, got the job done fast. Movers were friendly and professional. On top of all that it is more than affordable with their 1-4 piece flat rate move.

I have used simple moves llc. for the last five moves I have made within the St. Louis area. Each moving experience is just as seamless as the last. They are friendly, punctual, and it’s a quality service for an affordable price. I am always recommending them to friends and family and I hope they continue to do the good work that they do
