Simple Moving Solutions LLC

Our appointment time was 0900-1200. The movers didn't arrive until 0935. We were there at 0845. I spoke with a lady in customer service and she told me they were coming around nine-ish, whatever that meant. Being late is unprofessional!
All the movers were courteous and professional, no problem with them at all. They were quick with moving our furniture and they were kind. If they were on time I would have easily given them 5-stars.

Derek, Earl and Russell did a fantastic job. Move took 9.5 hours and they did the whole time with a smile on their face. They were extra careful and padded all of my furniture. I would recommend.

The movers were excellent in communication, very polite and respectful not only my husband & I but my children and dog! They got stuck in Atlanta traffic and showed up apologizing and got right to work! They finished late and not once complained of being tired or that the fact my kids were in the way crying. I am very pleased with this company and how the move went. I highly recommend them when moving!
