Simple Moving Company moved me on Oct 26, 2024 it started out terrible I sat for hours waiting on these movers to come. I was kind of hesitant going with this company that I have never heard of.The only reason I went with this company is because two men and a truck was booked I wish a million times I would’ve waited.I paid this company a good amount of money finally when the two guys arrived it was late and I was pissed. Let me remind you my furniture was not damaged I put a lot of money in my furniture once they got me moved they started to assemble everything. My king size bedroom suit that I got from Ashley furniture was damaged the bedroom suit is really heavy with big column poles I mean really nice they broke the bottom of the foot board where the rails go in to connect the poles. So now I have a bed that looks like it’s going to colipse the company sent some guy name Gate or Gabe to come and access the damages done also they damaged my Tv console and my kitchen table. He comes acting ask if he going to get it fixed when tell I this is a terrible moving to use I have been running around like a chicken with the head cut off. All I wanted was for my bed to get fixed I didn’t want no money so now after getting lied to over and over again by Angelo I had to file a claim this really sucks I will never ever use this unprofessional company ever and I advise y’all not it’s been nothing but hell with them. I’m a pissed customer

TJ and Johnny were exceptional! They were very flexible with me being a little late to the meeting point and did the entire move with no problem. I highly recommend the company!

I hired a team for an unload only and had a great experience. They worked quickly and professionally in some pretty toasty weather. I will definitely be calling them in a couple years when it's time to PCS again.

Also, for those of you reading this trying to decide who to call: Moving sucks, you're gonna hate it, but these folks will make it much easier on you and the family.

The best part of our out of state move was getting an entire tractor-trailer to ourselves for almost the same price that other companies were offering a 26-foot truck. It even included our riding mower!

Angelo gave us our nonbinding estimate over video chat. He answered my questions over the phone and responded quickly and patiently to my text messages.

The estimate was very accurate (the final number is calculated by actual weight), especially considering we added furniture after the estimate had been done.

Moving day was very efficient. We had packed all of our boxes by ourselves. The moving team handled our belongings with care, and all of the furniture was wrapped well. We have not noticed any damage. There was no written list of items they packed onto the truck because we weren’t sharing it with anyone else.

When we arrived, Terence and the truck had beaten us here, and they had already unloaded the lawn mower. It took less than 2.5 hours to unload. We started at 11:15, and some of the moving companies would have charged us for the “late start”, but simple moving solutions didn’t.

Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them.

The guys out of Dublin are unbelievable. With a great work ethic. Everyone was so well mannered and polite. As a business owner myself I rate there employees as top notch. From the first phone call to the women that packed me the day before I cannot say enough good things about them. They took such good care of us. Paying the bill was easy when working with such a professional staff. With a staff such as these the company can only succeed.
