Simple Moving Solutions LLC

Several pieces of furniture were chipped and scratched. They were 2 and half hours late arriving to pack the truck and 2 house late arriving at the new address. The workers worked hard but I feel like they needed one more person. Truck was packed very unprofessionally,resulting in damage done to furniture. They are pleasant to deal with, just great quality of work provided. I also felt the cost was a bit too high.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

THEY SENT TO SMALL OF A TRUCK AND FAILED TO MOVE ALL MY BELONGINGS. I HAD TO MOVE THE REST OF MY STUFF MYSELF BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T FIT IT ALL ON THE TRUCK. WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE REGIONAL MANAGER SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. THEY ALSO DAMAGED MY FRIDGE, TABLES AND MY $6,000 BED. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

Very impressed with the crew. They worked tirelessly the entire day until they got it done. 5 guys, 2 trucks and 10 1/2 hours. They refused to take a break when we bought food for them, Instead they would eat on the go.

Beware of using this company. Lost and broken items. Drivers backed the truck into the handrail to the stars in front of my home. After 3 months they want to reimburse $75 after all the loss and damage.

I cannot give enough kudos to Simple Moving Solutions LLC! From my initial request for a quote online, to speaking directly with the customer service representative and explaining my exact needs…this company ranks TOPS with me!! I was contacted via text message throughout (reminder of appointment and notifications on their expected arrival.) Marquess (sp?) and DJ arrived promptly and identified themselves and their company. I had nothing but heavy things to move (old roll top desk, appliances) and once we reviewed the contract and signed, Marquess & DJ carefully wrapped the old desk and other treasured furniture and had my stuff moved in no time! Fantastic work ethics of these young men! I will definitely be recommending Simple Moving Solutions LLC to others!! Thank You!
