We have moved more than a dozen times with different moving companies. This was the absolute worst move we ever experienced. They absolutely do not care about your personal belongings. Only goal is get done as fast as possible and collect money. They lied to us about covering and protecting our furniture resulting in most of our furniture getting damaged. Most of the furniture was either not protected or done very carelessly and just crammed into the truck. They don't care because their insurance pays pennies on the dollar.
