Simple Moving With Crown Transfer & Storage Inc - Athens

I needed help with unloading a 16 ft moving truck into a 2nd floor apartment in Athens, GA so I booked a crew of 2 unloaders with Crown Transfer/Simple Moving. The initial contact and booking process were smooth and efficient. However, despite confirming my appointment multiple times in advance I was notified 2 hours prior to arriving in Athens that they would be unable to provide the crew. While I understand that issues arise in any business, quality companies find ways to take care of their customers by any means necessary. By that standard, this is not a quality company. Having arranged an entire weekend move around their commitment to provide the needed resources only to have them fail to deliver ANY sort acceptable alternative is inexcusable. Future buyers beware!
