Simply Moving & Storage

They were quick to respond to schedule my move, went over all costs carefully and throughly. They called to confirm the move the day before as they promised. They picked up early in the timeframe given and delivered within the promised time. Movers were polite, professional and cleaned up the tape etc before leaving. I was very pleased with all aspects of this move.

I would give a 4.5 star if I could. Almost perfect.

I had a large piece of furniture that I ended up tossing after the move. I tossed for one main reason (it ended up being too large for the new space) but additionally it didn’t make the move very well. I’m not sure if something broke? It was very unstable and leaning after the move. I think that if the movers had used a hand cart to get it up and down the stairs it wouldn’t have put pressure on the armoire. They carried it by hand, so there were portions that were unsupported.

However, I’m not upset. It wasn’t anything I cared about and it ended up being too big for my space anyways.

Everything else was great. I rented plastic totes and they arrived a week in advance. The movers were on time, speedy, and friendly. Made sure to do a walk through before and after at each location.

Will use again! (Although my lease is 2 years, so we shall see how long it is before I move)

The move was great, the team were on time, efficient, and careful with all my things. It was done quickly and I enjoyed working with them. Pricing was transparent and fair. I would definitely use the service again.
