When my mom moved to a nursing home from her retirement community home in Topsham, it had to be emptied and put on the market. All three kids lived two states away with full time jobs. Liz and her team found buyers or appropriate donation sites for furniture and medical equipment, found cleaning people, packed stuff going to storage, and beautifully staged the home, and answered questions and coordinated activities so that the house was listed in 1/2 the time it would have taken me and my sisters doing it on our own and using up vacation days. I cannot recommend Simply Sized Home enough for anyone downsizing or having to empty a house. Kim was so efficient, kind and professional when we needed to empty everything out of my mom's home and get it ready to sell. They literally took care of everything as I was out of state. Communication was excellent including frequent texts when needed and photos sent to make sure items in the house were not something we had left behind by mistake! A very professional and efficient team!
