Simply Sized Home made an extremely challenging downsize doable by helping with scheduling, staging, organizing, cleaning, professional packing, working with movers, and getting settled. They just made life easier for the family by coordinating and even paying third party services, then itemizing them on the Simply Sized Home bill thus reducing transactions for us, and really simplifying the whole process. Kim was fantastic. My Mom had passed away and we needed to move Dad, and sell his house. Having connections to local businesses and helping get through the process of sorting was great. Trust is a huge part of the process, especially when you are dealing with a lifetime. They made it all happen on a tight deadline and were fabulous throughout.
