Something crawled in and died in our chaise lounge while being stored at the warehouse. They refused to clean or replace it because they 'didn't smell it' despite never opening the upholstery like the inspector said is they would before closing our claim. Absolutely egregious, we just lost a thousand dollar piece of furniture to an infestation and they will not pay for it or even clean it. They also threw $300 of Lego sets into the bottom of cardboard boxes even though we had them together and in their own box, losing the pieces necessary to rebuild the sets. And another drawer that was only partially repaired they claimed they would fix later and then told us it was fully repaired via email.

They committed fraud for over a thousand dollars worth of repairs needing to be made because they blatantly and shamelessly lied on their paperwork. Meanwhile there's a rat corpse (or other vermin they didn't exterminate) in my furniture and their paperwork says it was in perfect condition. Absolute evil.
