These are the people unethical moving companies employ when they've lost, damaged or stolen some of your belongings and they want someone to say they investigated. Save your time, and instead of waiting 60 days for their clerks to claim that they looked into it, just get a lawyer. They are not interested in doing the right thing.
At least they have been transparent about the lack of service they provide from the initial call with my “consultant.” Future job seekers beware, ask for a lump sum in cash and do the leg work yourself. You’re going to have to diy anyway. Poor policies, poor training, I don’t need a person just to tell me “no.”
Absolute scumbags to the highest degree - owe me nearly $8500 for lost/stolen/damaged goods - failed to inventory items and then they deny any claim amounts. Will be filing suit immediately
So far it's two stars. May adjust. Be prepared to do the legwork if you have a claim. They get two weeks to merely assign the claim to someone. You get five days to take the pictures. Make the phone calls. Pay for the services so that they can reimburse you. More to follow.
12 June. I had communicated that the technician for my Sleep Number bed was scheduled. Provided the receipt. They closed the claim the day before the tech came. So, I am out $105 and my time. This service is a joke. Avoid any company that uses them.
