Sixpack Moving Company TN

Great service, I was worried at 1st but no other local company would pick up their phones, I call last minute and they were able to move us after the movers from Knoxville never showed up. Thank you

DO NOT HIRE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This company should not be allowed to operate. They are shady and do sub par work. They underestimated the job and did not take any precautions to protect our furniture. This company does not care at all about customer service and refuses to address any of our concerns. We were overcharged and our items were damaged and they are treating us like its our fault. I would not recommend using this company to my worst enemy.

This company is terrible. They don't even use there own people they are like the middle man. They had 2 guys show up who brought a 3rd person that i didn't request. The main guy was drunk the other guy stood around like he didn't know what he was doing and the 3rd guy was old and short and couldn't lift anything heavy.Then when i signed off on there paper work for the charges they decided to charge me a extra $350 that i didn't agree upon. When i called about the charge the guy that answered the phone was very short and rude with me and said he would check into it and i have never herd back from them. This is a very poor and rude company. i will never use them again and to beat it all they showed up one hour late.

Horrible company! I paid for 2 people for 2 hours and got 1 person. My daughter had to help him move furniture. I called several times trying to ind out where the 2nd person was with no answer. I finally got a call back and the guy was rude and wasn't going to give a refund. UNACCEPTABLE! I later received a call from a manager who said they would refund half (since I only received half of the service paid for) and I still do NOT have a refund of any kind. The guy that moved our stuff was great, the company needs to learn better business practices. NOT RELIABLE!

I would give zero stars if I could. I called on Saturday morning and spoke with someone for 16 minutes to get some moving help for the next afternoon. Within 15 minutes of hanging up, I called back to cancel because our plans had changed. They had already charged my card $ 220 and are refusing to return the funds even though their services were not used. An absolute rip off! I called the company called Six Pack Moving found from google search and the charge was from Hireratedhelp. I never spoke with Hiredratedhelp for anything.
