I unfortunately booked this moving company through a broker for my move from LA to South Carolina. Originally we were told delivery would occur within 2-14 days which I knew probably wouldn’t be the case since it was a cross country move. When they picked up my stuff on 6/19 I was also told it would be a couple of weeks, and the paperwork I signed says within 30 days. They have sent me two emails now saying my stuff was being loaded onto the new truck, meaning it’s been here. The last communication I received was on 7/9 telling me that my delivery window would be between 7/21 and 7/26. Today is 7/26 and I still haven’t heard anything from the moving company on my delivery. It has been 5 1/2 weeks today since they picked up my stuff, which wasn’t even a lot. I believe it was under 500 cubic feet. Going on 6 weeks for delivery is completely unacceptable. I don’t even know what the condition of my stuff will look like when it eventually gets here. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews and book with someone else.

Update: Finally received my items 6 weeks later. I have yet to go through everything but the condition of ALL of my boxes is absolutely ridiculous. This company does not take care of your things. I can only imagine what is broken inside all of these. So disappointing. I will update more as I unpack.

From start to finish, Sky Van Line provided exceptional service. The movers were on time, friendly, and very careful with my items. Moving from Oakland to Las Vegas was made easy and thanks to their service. Highly recommended
