Absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Honestly, they’re so unprofessional, I don’t even know if they’re legitimate. Not only did they DOUBLE my “estimate” but they still have some of my stuff! My things were delivered on February 3rd. The next day, I reported items missing. Multiple boxes + a vacuum. The driver’s assistant was the only one that was apologetic and said they would get my items to me. Then, nothing. I reached out a week later. She said she thought the company had contacted me. Still nothing. Tried calling the company, contacted the driver. He said they’d get me my stuff the week after. Again…you guessed it, nothing. Contacted the driver again and no response. At this point I’m incredibly frustrated. I contacted two numbers for this company. Finally (because I told them I’m filing a police report,) someone responded. They are incredibly rude and unapologetic. Their approach is callous and they clearly don’t care about their customers or their things. They have their money so why bother right? They blamed me for having the wrong number and tried to direct me to the second number I had already been trying to contact. Accept some responsibility people. You’re clearly working for the same company. Then they also blamed me for contacting the driver and said they don’t know anything about missing items. Cool. So you don’t communicate with your employees and you weren’t suppose to contact me? Absolute joke. AVOID like the plague.

We used Sky Van Lines to take us from S CA to CO. The sales guy made many promises that weren’t true. It’s taken me quite awhile to write this review due to the stress of the whole situation. The truck didn’t show up when I was told. They overcharged. The guy in charge on moving day charged me for every single teeny item when I was told he’d do just the opposite. We were missing two boxes. I called and they could hv cared less. Never followed up. Then they said the truck was overloaded & wanted to charge me an additional 3k. I got a Uhaul for $700. Do not use these people unless you’re rich and don’t care about your stuff. If I had it to do over again I would have done only Uhaul. I would have paid only a third of the nearly 10k I spent. I’m still sick about the hassle and the expense. Live & learn!!!

Lost my stuff and damaged what did arrive. Every excuse in the book that the “insurance” wouldn’t cover it. I reached out multiple times and no one will call me back.

Hilarious response from you guys. I recommend talking to the girl who works from home that took my call every day for weeks and refused to let me talk to anyone else.
