We moved cross country in July. They packed and held our stuff in storage for three weeks. After some broken promises, we requested our stuff to be delivered asap back in mid-August for September. We’ve moved three times, have officially moved into our home, even custom ordered a table (specific specs, cut, color, etc…) from someone in Vegas a week after we closed on our house, AND that table still got to us before our stuff. At this rate I’ll probably give birth before they bother to ship our stuff out.

Their staff made it very easy for us to plan our move over the initial phone call. Movers were on time, respectful, and overall really did a terrific job. Sky Van Lines is the only way that we'll move in the future.

Horrible company! My mother's stuff was picked up on 14 December and is supposed to go to CO. She passed away on 22 December and I still can't get a straight answer on when the items will be delivered and it is now 12 January.

Do not use this company. Stay away. So many of my valuable items were ruined. They just want $.

My issue with this company is the lack of accountability. Yes, it took several calls and contact with the owner to have our items delivered across the country after 4 weeks. But the larger problem was that only one driver arrived. The remainder of the 'crew' did not show up and my husband had to help with unloading the larger items off the truck, that absolutely could NOT be handled by one person, not even with a dolly. The unload ended up taking about 4-1/2 hours. We paid every dime as agreed, totaling just about $5100, and tipped the driver, and when we asked for $300 back to compensate for the lack of a moving staff (which I thought was more than fair), they replied that the driver felt that he could have done the entire unload himself, so no, we do not get any money back. After leaving the driver hanging without a staff, the denial of any refunds was put off on him too. This is obviously bad business and there's no need to rant because the facts speak for themselves.
