Moving a POD from the east coast in the middle of winter to a new city in CO has it challenges. The Skyline team, from the first phone call, assured me I was in professional and experienced hands. The team helped throughout the process help to manage weather contingencies, and provide affordable solutions when POD permitting and location constraints emerged. Their kind and confident attitude combined with prompt responses to my numerous check-in calls relieved moving stress. The courteous contact continued on the move day, and when the move team arrived with at POD-Truck transfer. Their professional kindness and teamwork of unloading my items with care was refreshing. They worked efficiently, protected property and safely loaded items in two story townhome, located on the 2nd floor (small slow elevator). When, after a few creative attempts, the couch was too big to fit up the narrow stairway, they helped to see if it could fit in storage shed, and then when that failed, offered a remove junk solution. Before leaving, the mover walked through the apartment with me to ensure all items were located properly and moved a few that I missed. I was never rushed to make uniformed decisions throughout the process. Lastly, the next day when I remembered I hastily sent the couch cushions for disposal before removing other items. They promptly were able to retrieve the box and held the items for my collection. Always, reassuring and educational throughout the entire process. Very grateful to Skyline for a safe and stress reduced move.
