We used Small moves to help with a tenant relocation Brandon was very prompt on getting back to us. We were scheduled with in about a week. Moving day he was on time and got to work. It was a 1 bedroom apartment which was handled very efficiently, and managed not to break a single item mind you this tenant had multiple items in bags that were not labeled Brandon was careful not to break anything. We will absolutely utilize small moves again if the need may come again.

My husband and I were recommended by very close friends of ours. Last July we had sold our first house and used these movers. We have no been in our storage unit in well over a year. We just bought another house, and so much of our stuff is damaged. A lot of things weren’t wrapped properly, tons of scratches and marks. When approaching the owner, he was in denial. Blamed my husband and I. Didn’t take accountability or do anything to make it right. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Did not have a good experience with this company. The stacking, wrapping and professionalism after confronting owner was subpar. Was just told blame was on us. Wouldn’t recommend!!
