Small Moving NYC

George ghosted me at the last minute on a move. Now I'm scrambling to find another mover.

I hired George a year ago and all was good. I hired him to move last week and referred him to my friend who was moving as well that week. He said someone would arrive by 10am and on the day of the move said he would arrive at 1pm. Come 2pm no one showed up and he claimed the van broke down. I had to hire someone on Lugg. The next day was the second move and he agreed to be there at 9am. The day of the move he said he could not show until 11am. Come 11:30am, George did not show up, but he rather sent someone else who had no details about the move. George never answered the phone and never apologize for such bad service. I could not believe how terribly I was treated when I booked him 2 months in advance, reserved elevators and flew my assistant in from LA to coordinate the move. THANK GOD for Lugg.

THEY CANCELED ON ME 20 MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED MOVE. I had arranged a move with George Ryahovski. It was scheduled for noon on a Monday, I even reconfirmed the day and time via email. The day of the move, he texted me 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, canceling my move. He said he overbooked that day, but he could reschedule for 2 days later. Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT book this company unless you want the added stress of finding a different mover at the last minute.

I used this company to relocate from Brooklyn to Manhattan. I dealt with George over the phone and Oleg via email. The movers, Alex and Boris, arrived on time. Both were excellent and very professional. Everything was properly wrapped and relocated without any damage. The price was also fair. I will definitely use your service in the future and will recommend it to others as well.

Our two movers Vitali and Ruslov were absolutely phenomenal! Being 8 months pregnant and moving in the middle of the pandemic with building conflicts, we were extremely stressed with the move. However, the efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism of the company and the movers provided instant relief. No hidden costs or surprises and they delivered everything on time and with utmost care. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Vitali and Ruslov!!!
