Small Moving NYC

Great company. The operations manager wrote minimally and to the point during our emails back and forth, which was different and initially a little off-putting compared to all the cheery customer service responses I got from my other quotes, but they got the job done nicely and for a competitive rate!
The movers worked darn hard in nearly 100* weather going up and down two 4th floor walk-ups; they did initially show up without masks and put them on after I asked, though eventually asked to take them off due to difficulty breathing. A little disappointing, I've worked manual labor jobs in full PPE before the pandemic and it's doable, but still hard, so it was understandable.
They didn't charge me extra for when they misread my email and showed up a half hour before my storage facility was open, and one of them even noticed the new apartment's bathtub could use some resurfacing and said that was his other job, if we wanted it done.
Would recommend for those looking to move to/from a small apartment and on a budget.

Used small movers to relocate my daughter from Wall street Apt to Brooklyn. Although they were a bit tardy, it was lower Manhattan on Labor day weekend, which is understandable. The crew couldn't be nicer and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them. Phil

Booked my moving with both email and phone call but they didn't book it. I had to find another moving company just 3days before my moving. They are a mess and I will never use them again.

A perfect experience. The best priced movers I could find, and they were fast, kind, and efficient. The entire move was under two hours, and thirty minutes of that was the commute. Not to mention, they let me change my date at the last minute and were extremely flexible. I will definitely work with them again in the future!
