Worst service double broker, never paid back .

Terrible carrier!! I'll be honest, they used to have a dispatcher, a female named Rachel who somewhat knew what she was doing... the gentleman who has been dispatching recently for them needs to find a new industry to work in. He is a compulsive liar, and has no business dispatching for a carrier company.
He sent me pictures off of Google that they took from a Detroit Motor City website over 15 years old sent them to me in an email, in an attempt to tell me that this was a mechanic working on their driver's 9 car hauler. I did computer coding for 4 yrs at Yale so it's very easy for me to detect someone who's giving me fraudulent information by running a Google search for that specific image. What they did was take pictures of YouTube videos of a mechanic working on a truck for a shop based out of Detroit that was 15 years old and tried to tell me that was their drivers truck earlier in the morning getting a part replaced.
Also, their new thing is double brokering your loads via Central Dispatch.
Right now there is a driver named Nigel from Optimus delivery services who is not getting paid by the customer because smart log double brokered him the load and the customer had a cashier's check for smart log llc.. when questioned about this they told us this was their local truck that made the deliveries inside the residential neighborhoods. Just another lie, Nigel is a full size 10 car hauler who was dispatch this load by the company for $75 less than we agreed to pay them. They tried to broker out the work and make a $75 kickback. Disgusting.
Nigel had to be driven back by my customer who is 19 yr old female over four miles to his truck just so she could get her car. I probably lost a forever customer because of Smart Logs negligence. All brokers and potential shippers,, Steer clear from Smart Log!!!
