Smart Move lies. I confirmed move date and time twice with main office and no show. Then confirmed time again when they were to come 2 hours later. No show. Now no one is showing up. They put me in a horrible bind. Do not use this company if you need to move - they are totally irresponsible, unprofessional and they lie.
