5 stars to the guys but 2 stars to the company. They told us our initial price was going to be 490 with addition to 145 dollars per hour we ended up with an ending cost of 1112 dollars Damian apologized to us and gave us 70 dollars off we ended up paying 933 ??. However Damian did tell us about the 2 hour minimum and 1 hour travel time and addition to the 10% charge for gas. Which honestly huh because I’m paying for gas and for you guys to get to me and get back… I hope the guys who are working hard gets that money. How it was worded was that 490 would be my total for 3 hours of work base ( 1hr travel 2 hours of work10% for gas) 490 would be my quote and take down of the tvs would be included along with shrink wrapping and padding for our items. When Damian went over the bill that was 70 dollars. The guys had already went over by about an hour. Which honestly was fine we had a few things and even so they were awesome and got things done as quickly as possible. We planned to pay about 635 and we were going to tip because they had did such an awesome job. Once the stuff was packed they didn’t unpack until they had a payment. When my husband called me he told me it was 1112 WAY more than we planned on paying ! When I talked to Damien he didn’t seem surprised he ran through my cost and it seems like he did this all the time. Once he ran me through my cost it was a ahhh moment. They do not include shrink and take tvs down in that 450 base payment and it’s more like 1000 dollars as the base and not 400 I have a one bedroom and it is only 666 sq feet. My issue was not that I had to pay 1000 dollars it was the fact that he told me I would be paying 490 and ended up paying almost 1000. I wish he clearly communicated that we would most likely be paying MORE than the 490. It seems that most people are getting charged at least 50% more if not 75% more. This felt like a Bait and switch! Safe to say I’ll be renting a u haul and paying some guys from work to help.

Jordan and Andy did an amazing job moving me into my apartment. They were both efficient and respectful of my things. I definitely recommend using this company to move!
