The stars given are for the movers themselves - lovely guys, very helpful, put my bed together - but the organization and scheduling needs serious work at this place. They showed up 4hrs late! Only communication came when I bugged them over the phone every time and the estimate kept getting pushed out while I sit around like a chump. If you aren't time sensitive, go with them but not if you are busy and wanting to sleep in your own bed.

My experience with Smart Move was amazing! I picked them because of their very affordable rate, and everything from the booking process through the move exceeded my expectations. I sent a message requesting a quote and asking some additional questions and heard back quickly. The process of scheduling was easy and efficient. On the day of the move, the movers arrived within the scheduled one hour window and called when they were heading my way. The movers, Dominic and Oscar were AWESOME. They were able to get all of my furniture moved (one bedroom, kitchen, and living room) in about two hours (the locations were close together, and I had already moved most of my boxes, but even given that, they still finished the move faster than I expected!) I had stairs in both locations with tight corners that they navigated with ease (and it was an unseasonably warm day), and they took extra care when handling some of the more fragile items that I had and when moving through tight hallways with some of the larger items. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional and pleasant! The whole move process start to finish was great. I highly recommend!
