WORSE MOVING COMPANY EVER, if you’re military and you get assigned this moving company just start planning ahead because they are NOT gonna show up to do your move. I had the move scheduled since December, got the confirmation email for the 10th of Feb. and when the date came they DIDN’T show up, they didn’t even have the decency to call us to let us know they weren’t coming, all week they kept pushing us back first at 8 am then at 12 then at 5 then the next day, and WE had to call them! We had to get a uHaul at the end of the day. They DON’T even have the assets to do the moves and they keep accepting contracts, they only got greedy people working there, I understand a General will pay you guys more for moving his stuff but if yall can’t do the other people’s move DON’T accept it. And then at the end the guy Ramon didn’t have the balls to answer when I would call to ask what was the next time slot, call him more than 10 times and always straight to voicemail, coward didn’t have the decency to even call us back. And like I told Ramon if you don’t have the assets don’t accept the damn contracts and keep telling people time slots, and if yall wanna contact me, I’ll gladly give you my info @Smart Move. I’m sure yall still have it.

This place Is an absolute joke. I had a move scheduled of the 17th. They called and asked to push it to the 20th (today) between 9-10am. No one showed all day. After multiple phone calls and promised calls back, at 3:30 I FINALLY got a call back and was told they’re not coming at all because they don’t have the assets. Now I’m screwed paying another months rent because they pushed me all the way up to my deadline and then Canceled on me. I’ve even talked the the guy (Ramon) multiple times and verified the date and got a confirmation email less then 24 hours of the scheduled date/time.
