They were supposed to call 30 minutes before they arrived, but they didn’t. I called the customer service number and they let me know they were running late, they were only a few minutes late. It was just a little anxiety inducing since I had to be out of my old place by a certain time. The two young men who moved everything were very friendly, kind, respectful, and professional. It ended up taking longer than I had paid for with the Groupon, but they had given me a quote for $175 more than that at the beginning, and it only ended up being $88 more!! They even took apart my bed frame and put it back together at the new place. I am extremely happy with the service I received. None of my stuff was broken or damaged in any way. 100% would use this company again!
