The staff at Smart Moves are on time, efficient and just plain fast. They gave responsive to my planning and moving needs. The movers they use Anchors was efficient and flexible. I would definitely recommend Smart Moves to others who are moving.

This moving service was a godsend for my mother and me! They know exactly what they're doing they know how to do it and they do it well. This past summer, Smart Moves measured , condensed & moved my mom's items from her 3 bdrm house to a small one bdrm Assisted Living apartment. Fantastic smooth transition! Just this past week, my mom was moved to Memory Care with only an unfortunate two day notice! I immediately contacted LeighAnn who rearranged her schedule along with Deb to make this move possible. LeighAnn made sure my mom's bdrm set all stayed together, as she had been now downsized to a Studio. The most rewarding part of this move, as I am 2, 800 mi away & could of never pulled this off the way Smart Moves did. LeighAnn kept in constant contact with me throughout the move. Sending pictures, asking proper questions, dealing with a very upset elderly mom. In the end, my mom was very satisfied with the outcome of how LeighAnn & Deb set up her new place. She even gave the gals a hug (which is unusual for her). From the initial first move to now the downsizing of the second move, I have witnessed such an outstanding passion for the job LeighAnn has to do. She has taken great care of the precious memories my mom still holds onto, via photos & knick-knacks. Above & beyond, I was sent a full video of how the gals set up the place. I am beyond pleased of the outcome & so appreciative of how well everything was taken care of. LeighAnn & crew pour their whole hearts into the tasks given to them & treat the possessions as tho they are their own valued items. I am sooooooo appreciative of LeighAnn for the love she pours into her job. Whoever reads this & needs assistance in Senior moves, look no further. Smart Moves is THE best!
