I have about 30 boxes in my basement and most of them say basement on the outside of the box. This does not help me at all with what is inside! I would not recommend your company to anyone.

The Smart Moves people are really Smart Movers! After not moving for 50 years, they were right with us advising on downsizing before moving day. They pack up all your belongings in one day (leaving your bed for a last night!) and deliver to your new residence and unpack everything the next. Outstanding!! Our move could not have been easier.

Great resource. Smart Moves took a lot - almost all - of the work and worry out of our move. They arranged everything and they were always available to answer questions, provide information and give advice. Step by step, very logical, very organized, very helpful. We thought that the cost was very reasonable for the services provided from the initial consultation to the suggested layout to the planning, timing, execution, and follow-up. Very pleased.

Absolutely the most helpful people! Had to move an aunt and my mother to different memory care facilities on short notice all within about 2 weeks. Everyone I talked to was so accommodating and they went above and beyond to help me out during a very difficult time.
