Review:
I honestly thought this place was SCAMMING me until my box finally did arrive.
I can't even begin to describe how stressful my experience with this company was. For starters, my box was delayed twice, once due to weather (okay fine) and the second time because a driver quit during the process (WHAT?!) so my things were just on an abandoned truck for a day until they sent someone to get them? THEN when it finally did arrive they had no one to deliver it to me for ANOTHER WEEK. This being a cross country move & me needing my things, I arranged to pick my things up at the storage facility. YOU WOULD THINK my box being late + no one being able to deliver it for yet another seven days, they would issue some compensation... $35 is what they tried to give me for my inconveniences... NEVER use this company...EVER.

Review:
I began the process of setting up a move with them two months in advance. They never contacted me in writing to confirm their availability and I had to keep calling. Finally, after assuring me everything was okay for weeks, they told me that their local partner said there were going to be a lot more fees--I think they were trying to get rid of me. Now I have a lot less time to set up a move. Beware.
