Smartbox Moving and Storage

Used them fall of 2020 and no problems. Tried again for short term on-site storage 7/2021. Bill is paid lease is signed they have my money and nothing delivered. Tried repeatedly to get ahold of someone and nothing. Shame no ratings lower than one star. Of course this is Friday pm. I’ll try again Monday then it’s better business bureau time.

They were supposed to pick up a box and drop off another one yesterday. I have called multiple times and been put on hold for hours... this company only makes moving more stressful by not responding when you need things done in a timely fashion.

Good pricing reliable service do like my little storage box would definitely use this service again. Very friendly service people from the order desk to the delivery guy.
