They were very professional. Best way to move. Boxes delivered to my house and filled them up. They came and picked them up.

Review:
I needed some auxiliary storage while some repairs were done on my house. SmartBox was the least expensive (delivery + rental charges) of the options in my area. Since quality is also an important factor, based on good reviews, I chose them to leave a storage box on my driveway. The box was delivered (and picked up) when promised and did not leak during a couple of heavy downpours.
Bottom line: fitted my needs for a reasonable price.

Great customer service. SmartBox employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are significantly lower than similar companies. Container was delivered to my condo building with no issues. They do not deliver to some areas so ask before you rent.

Good experience after 1 month. Smartbox was delivered on the day I requested it. Price is more competitive than other providers and staff has been professional and courteous. So far so good
