Great prices and great service! Ricardo and Andrew make my life easier. It can be a little difficult to schedule pick ups but once you’re in, they make everything very easy.

Boxes were affordable and Ricardo communicated with me every step. Andrew was awesome placing the boxes exactly where I wanted.

I had a great experience, overall. Kristal from the accounts team, Ricardo at this location and Andrew the driver did really well in communicating and ensuring the smartbox showed up on time. So far, my experience has been very positive even though some of the other reviews did make me nervous. Thanks smartbox folks, for making this storage expedition a success!

Beware of bait and switch.
I ordered four boxes for our love a few months back. We had not secured a new place yet so I had asked for them to store the boxes.
Once we were able to secure a place to move to I called them to let them know I wouldn’t need storage and that they could go ahead and pick up and deliver the boxes on the same day. Apparently there is a law that doesn’t allow that, haven’t double checked that but that sounds very unlikely. Then they proceed to requote the drop off for over $6000! When I first booked them I had given them my current zip code and the new zip code we would be going to, the confirmed the delivery fee but now it was going up by $6k, I said that can’t be possible, we are moving less than 70 miles from where I am currently living not across the country. They called me back and said best they could do was just over $4k. I went ahead and canceled the order. Terrible way to do business if you ask me.
