I called to have a box delivered that was good the driver was great.but when I called back to have it picked I couldn't get through to them I need to cancel my box for I had a stroke and I wouldn't need it I called and called and never heard back the bad customer service and when I was able to get ahold of them they Said I wouldn't get any refund not good iam sorry to say I will not recommend them?
Great customer service with competitive pricing. We had zero issues or problems with our rental. Their straight forward and simple process made it very easy to do business with. We will use their services again should we ever need them.
Customer service setting up the delivery was fast & easy. The delivery driver was really nice and was able to expertly maneuver the forklift to position the boxes exactly where I requested them.
I waited over 3 weeks to have a SmartBox to be delivered and even took the day off from work to wait for the delivery. They never showed, never called. When I called the next day, which was a Saturday,they told me to call back on Monday to confirm the status of the delivery, which was now showing in their system for the following Wednesday. They even suggested I call back Tuesday, just to confirm the delivery. When I called back on Tuesday, they had a 'pickup' scheduled and not a delivery. When I asked what the issue was with the delivery, the representative confirmed that the delivery center's forklift was not working and that was the reason they couldn't deliver the boxes. That doesn't excuse the lack of consideration of a phone call.
If this is how things start with SmartBox, I have no confidence in their ability to drop off and pick up these boxes as promised as part of their service. In the end, I requested to just have them refund my money. Now we'll wait and see if they call tomorrow with a confirmation number of that cancellation as promised
