Smartbox Moving and Storage

Used them twice before and will use them again!

The team at Smart box are Awesome, and I would most definitely use them again, and I would most definitely prefer them to any one moving...

I had a great experience over the last 3 years with Smartbox. In 2021 we sold our home and had 2 boxes delivered on time right in our driveway. We packed them floor to ceiling and they picked up right on time. We accessed them once at their facility, where they placed them in the parking lot for easy access. I closed out the account when we picked up the contents ourselves and hauled to our new home. After 3 years the contents looked exactly as we packed them. No leaks, tumbles, etc.

My only complaint is that our destination was further from the warehouse than anticipated (2.5 hours) and they could not deliver without using a partner that wanted an insane amount ($2500) to deliver to a local warehouse, not my driveway. Obviously we picked up ourselves and just drove it to the new house.

I'd use them again if I knew both locations would be within their delivery area.
