Review:
Over a week and still NO response, the only communication taking place has been initiated by me. I've been told multiple times I would be receiving a phone call, but nothing.
Left defeated and heartbroken after an attempted move this weekend. The staff was friendly, but very careless with our belongings and residence (after showing up two hours late). Our furniture was damaged as well as our door frame from staff manhandling and shoving items through doorways without care. Heavy/breakable furniture was stacked on top of each other causing tears and snagged material.
We're close to $3000 IN DAMAGES, not including paying for a hotel room and expensive last minute movers to get the rest of our furniture home.
The damage would have been worse if we didn't stop the move 1/3 of the way through. Not sure if it's because I'm a female, but I feel like I've been running circles for over. A week. Hopefully the situation is rectified quickly.

Roy and his team were very timely, careful, and courteous with my move. Rate was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
