Worst customer service ever! 3 of my employees were stuck inside gate area for 3 hours before some other Tennant opened the gate for them to get out. Code worked going in, not out. Took 41 minutes to get someone on the phone, then they couldn't help us. Blamed problem on previous owner of storage company. The old system worked flawless for 8 years. They use a scan code now to open. Not reliable
