Smokey Point Self Storage

I have stored here for many years. When I came back to WA, I again chose to store my things here because the property is clean and well maintained and managed, and also includes regular pests control inspections and treatments. It's people that store edibles and other things they shouldn't in their units that attracts these pests. Then these pests go everywhere and harms our stuff. People, be mindful, when you put your things in storage anywhere.Because your Unit gets invaded first before these pests go to others even though we don't have edibles they mess our places too and keep moving on. Phil, the mgr of the property, is great to work with and will work with you when he can to get you in a unit/s when needed and if your size unit is available. I stored my things here so much and for so long, I can honestly say, 'I practically own the place'.lol I have and had sm, medium and large units sometimes at the same time. Come and try us out! You too will be glad you came here!

Great experience, friendly staff very helpful and great prices for storage unit. Wife and I were very happy.

Not a trust worthy company. Over charging for late fee $180. They also keep increasing our monthly payment. We started at $800. Now we are paying a 1,000 a month. They definitely gauging the community. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
