Stick with Senior Transitions as they think outside of the box. Packed up the phone. Will not use again as pricey compared to Senior Transitions.
Excellent service ??????.
Prompt and reasonable. Workers courteous and handle my belongings like it was their stuff.
A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I am 72 yrs old and chronically ill. I can barely walk. These people didn't do anything as promised.... not a single thing. Left me to pack most of my belongings myself on packing day. Worked only 2.5 hrs. I expected 8. Moving day I was still packing what they didn't do, then they left for the destination without telling me, although they knew I planned and needed to follow them in my car. It took me 6.5 hrs to get there. I was basically lost in the mountains, as my GPS took the 'scenic' route. It only took them 4 hours to make the drive and left before I even got there! Also, they left things behind... important framed family tree on wall and some other things. They had to be told many times to be sure to pack up my clothes closet and other areas. When unloading, they didn't even put boxes in the rooms they were labeled for, much less do any unpacking, so now I cannot find things I need. They promise to set up the kitchen. They did NOTHING! I could go on and on. I am miserable. They caused me terrible stress = physical pain. I would never ever recommend them to my worst enemy. ADDED 4.17.2020 No, I do not accept your insincere apology and many excuses. Your reply is full of lies. BTW, I did not gave any 'representatives.' I had my landlord there to ket the movers in, but they did NOT represent. They had no authority give you any instructions, they did not know what arrangements had been made or what the contract said. They were NOT authorized to sign for the delivery or make any written statement regarding how well your company did or did not do the job I paid for. Your drivers fid not have my authorization to leave when the truck was empty. I was told they would stay the night in Knoxville if they finished the job too late to drive back, and the charges eould be adjusted accordingly. There is so much more I could say. They left quite a few items behind, and I did not have space in my car for them, so I just had to leave them. You said they did a walk through the house eith me before they left. That us another outright lie. They didn't rven tell me they were leaving. My neighbor came and found me still trying to pack things they had left, and he told me they were gone. I was absolutely dumbfounded. Nobody should EVER trust your company to do their moving for them.
