The company was very responsive and communicated clearly. The team arrived early and called to let us know, but was not rushing us. We were very happy to receive them early. They were very kind and helpful to unload our air baggage and took away the boxes and paper. The team leader had his paperwork organized and prepared for signature. It was a pleasure to work with this team.

Smooth Move did an an excellent job moving our things from FL to Brazil. The estimate was accurate, the pick up staff were on-time and fast hard working guys that took care with our belongings. The time frame estimate was accurate and everything arrived in good order. The port fees were higher than estimated, but our goods arrived during the holiday break which resulted in a longer port stay. Prior to shipping, the company even allowed us to add two packages after pick up which saved us an extra airline baggage fee. The staff they hired in Brazil also did an excellent job at moving our things in. Great work by great people.
