Smooth Movers

Edit: Owners are making an effort to correct mistakes which I appreciate. I ended up buying a power cord off Amazon for $14 to replace the lost one. Not a big deal, we all make mistakes.

Original: Used my own mattress covers, but they charged me for them anyway. I told their office staff and the charge was never reimbursed. Movers also somehow lost the power cord to my recliner and the company didn't even attempt to make it right. That being said, the movers themselves were good workers and the experience overall was fine.
