Smooth Movers Moving & Storage Of Ogden

Brenner and Sam worked so hard and did an excellent job packing/moving me out of my house! They were professional and very efficient. I will definitely use this company again should I need help moving later on.

We scheduled our move with Smooth Movers three weeks prior to our move. We have been anxiously waiting to move and so excited for our new home. It’s the day of the move and we have brought all of our boxes out to the front room, garage and driveway.
An hour after our scheduled time, we still hadn’t heard from the movers. They still hadn’t showed up. So we started to call m, with no answer. Two hours later, no answer, three house later, we finally got ahold of someone - just to tell us that they don’t have a moving truck to use for our move. They said they’re booked all week so to call another company.
No one tried to call us and let us know in advance. No one tried to accommodate or squeeze us in. Such awful customer service. A heads up or a simple phone call would have made all the difference. Thanks for nothing.

We moved my parents from their mountain home and used Smooth Movers to move the furniture. Ethan and Ryan were kind, friendly, professional and efficient. The price was reasonable. We could not have had a better moving experience .
