Very pleased at every level.
This was a rather complex move as I was navigating it from long distance and not totally familiar with the area.
I felt confident from the get-go. Brittany was my primary contact and she was excellent to work with: friendly, personable (actually cared), readily available, competent, patient.
The process with Smooth Moves was albeit seamless.

Rufus, Mike and Travis were EXCELLENT. They were in and out within 1.5 hours. Very polite young men. I would recommend them.

Mostly a good experience! They were very friendly and introduced themselves. They were on time and mostly professional. One of the three that I had became very lazy and stopped putting boxes where they went (even though he had been prior). He started leaving them in a common area or on my dining table. I had a lot of scuffs to my walls and floor. So that was disappointing. An entire bathroom with boxes was “forgotten.” All of our things would not have fit in the truck in one trip if we had not moved a bunch of our boxes and other miscellaneous items the day prior. I’m not sure if they would have made another trip but they didn’t mention or offer. Nothing was put on the floors or walls for protection. My couches did not get wrapped. I want to say that I liked the people fine but professionally I felt a little lacking. I wouldn’t completely not recommend maybe just be very specific about what you want / expect beforehand. The did help us move an item that was already here down to the basement. So I appreciate that. But I definitely do not feel like anyone really went out of their way to make it the best experience it could have been. Many of my items did get scuffed. But I don’t want to end it on a bad note, so I want to say that I did appreciate their help.
