One of the worst moving experiences EVER !!! Not because they broke a chair, a TV stand and a whole box full of fragile items; but because after opening a suitcase full of stuff, I noticed there's MOLD all over the clothes!!! White clothes showed big yellow stains which literally smelled like pee... CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Some of the clothes were new and expensive ones that I had not even put on once! I had to throw away a lot of them because of the extent of damage. WHAT ON EARTH DID YOU DO TO A SUITCASE TO CAUSE MOLD IN IT????!!!

There is nothing less than 1 star. Actually they deserve 0. The packers were very brilliant in occupying space( eg. they filled a single box items in 3 boxes) that will increase the cubic feet which would be helpful for them to charge more. One of them was very rude in a way that he is doing packing for free and we should shut and sit. We tried explaining these problems to smooth relocation van line but, they acted like they dint understand anything. The rude and brilliant packing is in the photo.
