From first meeting with Karen through working with Melissa and Dreama until the final reveal of the fully set up condo, the people and process went exactly as we needed. Melissa's ability to listen and understand our personalities and needs was highly commendable. Our schedule changed significantly, and the team rode through it with grace. Moving into a fully set up new home brought us instant joy and a feeling of excitement that removed any sorrow or anxiety about leaving our previous home of 27 years. Their service goes so far beyond putting you in a new place. It allows you to feel only a sense of joy for the future!

Those ladies packed everything, handled the move, and unpacked everything at our new home. In addition, they were always cheerful , did all work for us, and definitely knew what they were doing. We were impressed from the moment we met Karen Wellspeak to develop an initial proposal followed by the experience of downsizing, packing, boxing and moving under the care and supervision of Becky Wilburn and her team. They made the always difficult task of moving that much easier. Particularly invaluable was their sensitivity to the challenge of our being older and needing to sort through and pare down 50+ years of accumulated possessions to downsize to a one-bedroom cottage. They provided ideas, motivation and support—delivered with good humor--to keep us on task and get us to and through moving day. We would recommend them to anyone.
